Planning your Christmas Visit
Here are a few tips about visiting the farm to help make your visit to Blithbury Reindeer Lodge even more magical this Christmas.
Changes to your booking
If you wish to amend your original booking please email firstname.lastname@example.org directly and we will respond to your request as quickly as we can.
Please refrain from calling because we cannot guarantee that your call will be answered. We are unable to man the phones all day whilst we are all busy preparing for Christmas.
If you do have any special requirements please let us know, there is a ‘Special requirements’ box on the booking page for you to enter any relevant information. We can cater to a variety of dietary requirements provided we know in advance.
Blithbury Reindeer lodge is fully accessible for wheelchair users.

Bring confirmations with you
Although it is not essential, if you can bring your email confirmation or show your booking confirmation on your mobile phone it will speed up the arrival process.
We do not issue tickets for any of our events; your email confirmation is all you need.
Please double check that you are visiting on the correct date you have booked - we have experienced people arriving on the wrong day previously.
Wrap up warm
Most of the activities that take place are outside so please ensure that all of your party are wrapped up warm!
The farm can feel very cold particularly throughout winter and while it is perfect for the reindeer, it can feel very cold for our visitors! Blithbury Reindeer Lodge is surrounded by open countryside and always feels several degrees colder than the surrounding towns and villages. A Snowsuit would be perfect for little ones and boots are better than wellies in terms of keeping little feet warm.
Arrive at the right time...
This is the most important tip to ensure you get the most out of your visit and that you get the chance to enjoy all the activities we have to offer. The time slot that you have booked is for your visit to Santa -It is NOT your arrival time.
Your booked slot might be at the beginning or end of our opening hours so please make sure you plan your visit carefully to ensure you don't miss out on any of the activities. If your slot is near the end of the day, please check what time we close. We ask that you arrive in time to complete all the other activities before you visit Santa.
You will not be able to enter the site before we open on any day because we are a working farm. Equally visitors will be asked to leave the site at the specified closing time.
Please ensure you arrive at the Lodge at least 20 minutes before your booked time to allow time for parking and booking in. If you miss your slot we will try to squeeze you into another, however, this is not guaranteed, and a late arrival may result in you being unable to meet Santa.
As a nation we are famous for queueing, but there is no need to queue
You only need to be in the barn area a few minutes before your time slot. There is no need to queue as everyone in the same time slot will be ticked off the register together.
We have new catering facilities for 2018 and we serve hot and cold drinks and food from the barn. Only food purchased at Blithbury Reindeer Lodge can be consumed on site.
At payment points on the farm, in the ticket office and shop we accept both cash and credit cards. There is a minimum credit/debit card spend of £10

We actively encourage all our visitors to be ready to spread festive cheer during their visit. We love to see any festive jumpers, hat and gloves; fully embrace the Christmas Festive period and make lovely family memories.
